Ghanim Al-Sulaiti is a young Qatari entrepreneur passionate about creating a positive impact on society by promoting a plant-based lifestyle. In his spare time, he is a serial entrepreneur, founding his first business—Evergreen Organics—in 2016, and now has over 10 projects currently live or under development. All of these projects share the same vision and values as its founder—to be vegan, sustainable, and promote a healthier lifestyle. Equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the creative and operational procedures needed to produce excellent brands. Ghanim has a personal interest in developing dialogue about healthy living, veganism and sustainability. With a mind wired for logic and strategy and a desire motivated by the passion of creativity and business savviness. Ghanim is on a mission to help and transform people’s mindsets to live a lifestyle that helps their planet, their health, and their future. Ghanim has worked extensively with local schools and regional organizations such as Qatar Foundation, Ooredoo Doha Marathon, Qatar National Library, Qatar Financial Center, and the Qatar Investment Authority, producing educational programs to change the status quo. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, USA.

Financial technology, or ‘fintech’, is an emerging new market into which the entrepreneur Mohammed Al Delaimi has delved and excelled. As the Founder and CEO of SkipCash, a mobile payment solution application, he embarked on this journey two years ago. “For me, it has been and still is an inspiring journey, where I am always aiming to achieve better results and to delivery more than expected. This is the vision of the whole team at SkipCash.” As an avid online consumer, he saw a gap in the market and an opportunity to make the experience more convenient for both the merchant and the customer. The digital solution aims at unifying the mobile payment experience and making all transactions paper-less both online and in stores. Entering the market as a start-up came with its trials; “I have faced many challenges along the way. The main one was team management and leadership. Managing a big group of people hadn’t been a big part of my career, so for me it’s a continuous learning curve.” Being in Qatar gave Mohammed a lot of opportunities to develop himself in this field, with the entrepreneurship ecosystem providing numerous resources to grow and develop his idea into reality.

Mr. Mohammed Rashid Al-Matwi is a Qatari graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Carnegie Mellon University Qatar and Qatar Leadership Center. He has been working in Ooredoo Qatar since 2015 as a Senior Manager of product development. His Journey into entrepreneurship started in 2015 with “SHNAITA”, a renown reselling online platform for pre-owned luxury bags, the aim was to tap into the market for second hand luxury bags in Qatar. A vision that together with colleagues at the university started and now thriving as a successful venture embraced by many clients who enjoy both buying and selling of second hand luxury bags and shoes. Mr. Mohammed later in 2017, founded “The Perfume Factory” Qatar’s First leading perfume factory and manufacturer of made in Qatar Perfumes, Sanitizers, wipes, Candles among other fragrance related products, with a Vision to spread genuine passion for perfumes with the People of Qatar and to the world. Apart from being a factory, it's also a hub that offers turnkey experienced services to customers with an entrepreneurial passion to create their own perfume brands. In addition, Mr. Mohammed is a Co-founder of "Fancy Box". FancyBox is a unique e-commerce specialized in lifestyle merchandize as gifts and seasonal and occasional giveaways customized through an app on air since 2020 With an entrepreneurial spirit and experience from several industries, Mr. Mohammed’s latest project is “Grade A” Qatari consultancy, Marketing and Advertising platform that was founded in 2022. Together with his co-founders, Mr. Mohammed felt the need to create Grade A, as an open peer to peer business consultation platform where he is also a lead consultant, to help new entrepreneurs and existing business owners kick start their ideas into reality. Grade A weaves social media management services into an overall marketing strategy and also helps entrepreneurs with finding answers to several industrial questions by connecting them to successful business owners to acquire practical industrial knowledge. “My vision is to share knowledge and have the impact reflected through the success of many other potential entrepreneurs”.

But with the persistence and hard work they Managed to Start there business in 2020.
